Today we are raising much needed awareness for all the men in our lives, be it our dad's, husbands, brothers, boyfriends, cousins or friends ... Remember as women we have so much influence, so think of them today, love them enough to share this info, with your love and support they might feel encouraged to take the first step and go to the doctor for a check-up.
There are also various charities at the moment accepting donations for Movember, so do support them and let's try to make a difference to raising awareness for cancer.
And if you do see a guy sporting his Movember Moustache ~ give him a big sparkly kiss.
